This is exactly what PostMaster Enterprise ver. 8.03 offers you – the ability to create multiple calendars spanning different projects and sharing them with relevant team members. To do this:

• Login with user login credentials
• Select the WebCal tab
• Click on Create Calendar and fill in the details as required

This is a core enhancement and is available to all users by default.
