Internal and external system alerts let you know about your system’s hygiene. And with a robust system there will be a lot many of these alerts that the system will generate and ping you from time to time. With so many messages (email) already in your mailbox, at times it is possible that you miss out on the gravity of an alert. Why? – because it looked exactly the same as the rest of the alerts. The new PostMaster Enterprise ver. 8.03 allows you, the administrator, to customize your alerts. You can change the look and feel of every system alert which will make it easier for users to distinguish alerts based on the nature of their seriousness. To edit email formats:

• Login as Admin
• Select the PostMaster tab
• Navigate to Core Settings > Alerts > Core / Mail
• Customize the email message that would go out as an alert
