One size fits all doesn’t always true. Different individual have varying tastes. And hence when most users are fine with the standard email signatures layouts, there will be those with a totally different take on this matter. With PostMaster Enterprise ver. 8.03, you, the Administrator, can realign different sections of the email signature to suit your organization’s custom requirements. All you need to do is simply drag and reposition different sections of the email signature. Steps:
- Login as Admin
- Select the PostMaster tab
- Navigate to Core Settings > Signature > Signature Alignment
- Change the alignment as desired
